My passion is to help individuals heal and to find healthy perceptions of themselves...not only for who they can be, but who they truly are. It is important to establish a personal connection with you. With this open and supportive dialogue we can work TOGETHER to effectively adjust to the challenges and changes in your life. Working collaboratively in therapy will help you begin to build the necessary foundation for future successes. No matter what technique or intervention I may use, you can expect me to incorporate some humor when appropriate. Taking a creative and humorous approach can help ease our conversation in a non-judgmental way so there can be authentic understanding of realistic challenges and expectations.
