My name is Ami Telaj. I received my Master's of Counseling at Kean University and have obtained my LCADC, LAC, NCC and CCS. I am the Founder of Grounded Path Counseling. Addiction and mental health disorders are frequently subjected to social stigma. The cornerstone of effective treatment lies in the provision of support and education. My area of specialization revolves around assisting individuals contending with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and mental health. As a therapist, I offer individual therapy services for both adults and adolescents grappling with addiction, mental health disorders, and co-occurring disorders. With close to a decade of experience across diverse treatment settings, including outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient detoxification, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), I possess a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved.
