Introduction

My practice focuses on helping people with anxiety, both adults and teenagers (14+). I also specialize in gender identity issues. My practice is trauma-informed and trans-affirmative, and I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based therapies including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Additional problems I work with include transitions, personal growth, and life-threatening illnesses. And my personal love is using meditation as a pathway for working with emotions, which I teach to those with an interest in using body-centered mindfulness skills to access a deeper inner experience.
