Available this week
Specialties: Attachment Issues, ADD/ADHD, Codependency, Gender Identity, White Privilege,

Introduction

I work primarily with the LGBTQIA+ community and ADHD adults. I am currently training to specialize in ADHD and attachment wounds/reparenting. Though I was trained as a psychotherapist, my style is eclectic and I pull from many modalities, including inner child & reparenting, somatic work, art therapy, and nature therapy as well as evidence-based modalities. If you're ready to release the stories keeping you stuck and truly find home within yourself, let's connect. I can't wait to meet you.
