Introduction
I am so grateful for the work I get do with the Missoula community! People are struggling more than ever. It's an isolating experience, and the good news is you don't have to manage it alone! I support families through intergenerational and systemic trauma. I also work with families on communication and emotional cohesion. To add, I work with individuals struggling with substance use and full spectrum of mental health diagnoses. My niche is working with the parents experiencing the highs and lows of their new roles and the many physical and emotional changes that follow. If you experience any of these issues, reach out!
