Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? If so, you don't have to walk alone. Your need to be heard and supported can be met. My passion is to partner with individuals and couples. In our work, we will slow down what feels overwhelming and address areas of distress. Your relationships matter and can become a place of comfort. I provide care to couples and individuals. I'm advanced trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which is used with couples, individuals, and families. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and use this approach to help survivors of trauma regain their balance and reduce distressing symptoms. Together, we can begin process of moving from pain to connection.
