Amber Thomas is a dedicated and genuine mental health professional with a strong background in counseling and advocacy. Amber holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Cleveland State University. Amber enjoys working with all ages across the lifespan, providing evidence-based interventions to support emotional well-being. They use an eclectic approach, applying techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP), Play Therapy and additional personalized strengths-based counseling for all of their clients. She hopes to inspire and walk with you through your mental health journey, assisting in tackling concerns varying from anxiety, grief, OCD, and more.
