The time I spend with clients, working on their goals, achieving improved health and desired freedom, is sincerely my greatest professional privilege and pleasure. I come into these sessions with an open heart and mind. With me comes more than a decade's worth of clinical experience and more than two decades worth of training, preparation, and personal experience. Having lived in both rural and urban areas, I understand that there are challenges in getting access to quality services. Excellent mental health therapy can be available to people whether you live in a town of 1200 in a more remote area, or an urban metro area. Telehealth services make it possible for people to receive this care and support without having to clear a number of obstacles. It can be different than meeting with someone in person, in the same room, however, I'm committed to doing my part to build a healthy, professional connection and provide high quality services.
