Introduction

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey. My clinical interests and areas of expertise include working with individuals with complex trauma and a wide range of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders struggling with emotion dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, self-injurious behaviors, and low self-esteem. I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach with a broad range of evidenced-based interventions to meet the individual needs of each client and incorporate evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Solution-focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients explore, recognize, and foster change.
