Introduction

Anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns can suffocate our lives, keeping us from experiencing the fullness and beauty all around us. Sometimes, we’re able to put on a brave face, despite our pain, to try to show the outside world that we’re okay. Sometimes, we fall apart and can't seem to put the pieces back together. No matter where you are in your healing journey, the good news is that therapy works, and there are several evidence-based treatments that are proven to help you feel better. There is hope, purpose, love, and joy on the other side of the pain you are facing, and we can work to find that together. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with an "eclectic" treatment approach. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself authentically, process difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies for managing life's challenges. I offer guidance, support, and encouragement as you navigate your inner world. For some, therapy can be a lifelong journey that is focused on healing from past wounds and traumatic experiences. For others, therapy can mean inviting me into your life for a critical period of time when you need to get back to yourself after a difficult transition. No matter what therapy looks like for you, I’m here to be your guide and listening ear.
