Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the heart of Texas and an approved Supervisor for LPC-Associates gaining hours for independent licensure. I love what I do! My clients give me the honor of entrusting to me their most personal struggles, and I strive to bring the latest and most effective clinical skills to help them understand themselves better and make positive changes in their life. I work with individuals as well as couples. Gottman Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology create a framework for my work. I am an eternal optimist and believe anyone can create meaningful change in their lives if they are given the right skills and support. I work with clients of all faiths and no faith. If you want to bring your faith into the therapy room, I am here to support you and help you integrate it into your life. I have the experience and education to support Catholics and other Christians. I encourage my clients to give me "constructive feedback" of our sessions so that I can be a better therapist for them each time. I would be delighted to work with you if you feel that we would be a good match.
