Introduction

Hi, I'm Amber! I strive to provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space for my clients to process life's challenges and openly express any feelings they are experiencing. As a clinician I believe building an empathic connection promotes growth, stability, and healing within clients and can help them to empower themselves to achieve their goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey. I have experience working with teens and adults with various emotional and mental health challenges. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy and shaped by the individual needs of my clients. I am trained and skilled in utilizing evidence-based practice methods (cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, etc). I offer easy online scheduling and have availability in the late mornings, afternoons, and evenings Monday-Friday. Please feel free to reach out (therapy@empathecary.com) if you would like to schedule a 15 minute consultation with me to learn more. Note: I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to support with reimbursement. Please feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions you may have.
