Introduction

I want to personally congratulate you on taking this important step in considering mental health counseling for whatever your needs may be. Ordinarily, we do not arrive at this point during times when things are going well. It is the times we are in pain, confused, scared, anxious or worried that brings us to seeking out mental health care. Please know that I want to help you at whatever stage you are in your journey. I provide services and virtual courses for everyone through telehealth counseling platforms. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues. In addition, I am certified in treating eating disorders and body image issues. I also have extensive experience in working with trauma issues for children and adults, both sexually and physically. I come from a place of non-judgement, understanding an an overall passion for wanting to help you feel better and be able to get back to living a life you want to enjoy and be present in. I not only want to help you grow, but I want to help you bloom.
