Introduction

Building and living a life that we feel has meaning, laughter, & connection is not easy. When we don't have these things life can feel unpredictable, unsafe, & hard to face. I believe that on a human level we all want to feel like we matter, have purpose,& other humans who understand us. I have experienced feeling like my life was not worth continuing & a counselor supported me in creating a life that I am proud of. This is where much of my passion comes from to support others in doing the same. I have been supporting others for over 10 years to learning how to foster healthy relationships, coping skills, communication, & self love. You can expect when working with me you will feel safe, supported, & heard with no judgement. I will be with there for you as we discover your purpose, build your support network, find what brings you joy, & you learn how to fully love yourself. In sessions I am direct, will hold you accountable, use humor often, & always be on your team cheering you on. I would love the opportunity to join you in building the life that you want to be living. You have already taken two huge steps towards doing this by being here. First, you have admitted to yourself that you need help. Second, you have started the process of reaching out. Take that third step and schedule an appointment.
