Introduction

I have extensive experience serving individuals needing support with depression, anxiety, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, grief and loss, self-esteem, ADHD, ASD-related issues, communication, and relationship issues. Using an emotionally focused couples therapy approach, I also help couples find fulfillment in their marriage through effective communication, boundaries and overcoming obstacles. I also offer a faith-based experience for those interested in experiencing their Christian views and experiences. Utilizing a variety of interventions with focus on the therapeutic approach of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solutions focused techniques. I have a passion for helping individuals, couples and families become stronger for the journey.
