My theoretical framework is deeply rooted in the principles of client-centered therapy, providing clients with a warm, collaborative, and purposeful environment characterized by empathy, understanding, and acceptance. As a therapist, it is my duty to meet client’s where they are at by structuring interventions that are supportive to the needs and experiences of each client. My stance is always strength-based and will build upon what a client is already doing well, in order to cultivate advancement towards therapy goals. I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including art therapy, person centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative and mindfulness practices. I provide services for adolescents (13+) to adults, as well as support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. I am fascinated by how the use of art materials can have a significance in the therapeutic process. It improves problem solving skills, coping with life stressors, communication and appreciation for our uniqueness as human beings. My practice is deeply rooted in, providing clients with a warm, collaborative, and purposeful environment with empathy.
