I specialize in helping tweens and teens manage emotions and learn to express their needs appropriately. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum to build social skills and “emotional intelligence” that’s fancy for communicating emotions and expressing feelings in a healthy way. As a parent, you want the best for your child. I get that you are doing your best to raise a healthy and happy child. I’m here to help. Kids experience life a bit differently than adults. Their brain and body are developing and because of this, you may find it challenging to know what to do or how to help.
