Welcome I have worked as a therapist for the past 7 years in various levels of care. I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, and disordered eating. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, prolonged exposure, and some versions of other therapeutic approaches as needed. I work with kids, teens, and adults (ages 9 and up). I am a born again Christian and do offer Christian counseling. I have experience with seeing people of various faith backgrounds and practices. I try to stay informed and practice using the latest research and clinical interventions to be found most effective for my specializations. Hope to meet you!
