Who I Work With I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults especially those with ADHD who are looking to build practical tools and gain deeper insight into how their brains work. Many of my clients are creative, insightful, and motivated to grow, but often feel stuck or overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks, emotional regulation, or long-standing patterns shaped by trauma.
