Introduction

Welcome! I'm Glad You're Here. Hi there I’m so glad you’re taking this step. Whether you're navigating the ups and downs of ADHD, managing anxiety or depression, or trying to make sense of how past trauma still shows up today, you don’t have to do it alone. Who I Work With I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults especially those with ADHD who are looking to build practical tools and gain deeper insight into how their brains work. Many of my clients are creative, insightful, and motivated to grow, but often feel stuck or overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks, emotional regulation, or long-standing patterns shaped by trauma. What You Can Expect Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and focused on real change. We'll look at what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how to create meaningful shifts in your life. I take a systems-based, trauma-informed approach, which means we’ll explore how your environment, history, and relationships all play a role in your experience. I'm solutions-focused, but always compassionate. That means we'll talk about what's hard and we’ll also talk about how to move forward. Why This Work Matters to Me I believe that healing is possible, and that growth can happen when you feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you access your strengths, reconnect with your values, and build a life that feels more manageable and more like your own. Ready to Get Started? If you're curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re just starting out or picking up where you left off, we can take the next steps together.
