I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxious feelings or the weight of past trauma, I want you to know that it’s okay to ask for help. Life can feel like a constant struggle at times, and the things that keep us stuck—whether it's unwanted thoughts, old patterns, or painful memories—can feel impossible to move past on our own. As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, offering support and tools that can help you move through those challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and focused on what works for *you*. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about creating lasting change at your pace. And just so you know, I sometimes bring my Cavapoo, Joy, to sessions (if it’s something you’re comfortable with). I’ve found that animals can bring a calming energy to the room, helping to ease some of the nervousness we can carry when we’re facing tough emotions. If you feel ready to talk about your journey and explore how I can support you, I’d love to hear from you. Take care, Amanda
