Hello, I’m Amanda! I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents or caregivers. Drawing from my experience as a former school-based therapist, I possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and support systems necessary for the growth and development of children and teens. My approach includes nurturing coping skills, emotional awareness, and social skills to empower adolescents and foster resilience. I work with individuals seeking support for a range of needs and challenges, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and eating disorders, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). I offer care that is trauma-informed and focused on recognizing and building upon individual strengths. I make it a priority to foster collaboration and build trust from the outset, as I believe these elements are crucial for change. I’m an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, culturally sensitive, and aligned with Health at Every Size principles (HAES), ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. Reach out to start a conversation about how I can help you find your unique path to healing and hope. I’m currently practicing as an Associate under the supervision of Amanda Hagos, Licensed Psychotherapist LCSW #83636
