I am honored you found Empowered Wellness. My passion lies in empowering teens and women to overcome challenges, find peace + healing and live a more authentic life. In my free time, you will probably find me at Disney with my husband and our daughter. I love going for walks with our two dogs, taking in a beautiful sunset at the beach or cuddling up on the couch watching Friends. I take an integrative approach by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques throughout the therapy process. This helps to give you concrete tools + coping skills to manage your emotions as well as challenge your negative or anxious thoughts. Most importantly, you can expect to be met with compassionate support in a safe and non-judgmental space.
