Introduction

Counseling sessions are designed to support adults and older teens 16+. This may include people who are struggling to find stability or those looking to find restoration after a painful experience. I'm passionate about helping people experience God and thrive. Special focus areas include Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Codependency, and Biblical Restoration. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral-Somatic approach to treat the whole person from a biblical worldview. Once we begin, you will encounter a kind and accepting environment that is nonjudgmental and full of hope. Everything we discuss is confidential and authentically heard. You will encounter a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain the tools you need to thrive. ​I look forward to helping you navigate life's challenges and find the peace and clarity you seek.
