It can be challenging finding a therapist and Amanda hopes to make that easier. She strives to create a safe non-judgmental space for each of my clients. Amanda enjoys working with teens, college students, and young adults experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety/stress, procrastination, self-esteem, motivation issues, “adulting” as a young adult, trauma, boundary setting, perfectionism, and adjusting to life transitions. Amanda also understands the unique challenges of students and adults with ADHD and learning differences. She offers a combination of an empathetic ear and life skills/tools for focus, effective communication, life direction, and mental health struggles. Each treatment plan is unique and focused on your goal, depending on what is best for you. She will walk with you on your journey to becoming a healthier you. Therapy will look different for everyone, and it’s her goal to help you heal mentally and emotionally through the therapy process. Therapy is not a one-stop-fits-all all and I incorporate different therapeutic techniques based on what is best for each individual client.
