Introduction

For the past 16 years, I have walked alongside families as they navigate some of life's most significant challenges. I have developed a strong belief that secure and safe relationships can help families and couples find refuge in each other despite complex events or circumstances. My training as a family therapist has helped me integrate this experience into a clinical practice that provides parents, children, and couples the tools to forge and strengthen these relationships. I specialize in sex therapy for families and couples, offering compassionate support to navigate challenges such as painful sex and the lingering impact of confusing or harmful messages about sexuality. My approach empowers individuals to reclaim joy and connection in their relationships, fostering healing and growth in a safe, non-judgmental space. My expertise as an RN and a sex therapist can help you as you learn to differentiate physical and relational causes for the challenges you face. I'm not here to apply one-size-fits-all solutions or labels. Instead, I show up as a real person, ready to listen, challenge when necessary, and support you every step of the way. In our sessions, you can be your true, unfiltered self, free from judgment and stigma. I hope you learn how valuable you are to the world and your community during each session. The world is a better place with you in it. Whether you're seeking to heal from past trauma, improve communication with your partner, or simply enhance your sexual well-being, I'm here to guide you toward a more satisfying and meaningful life. If you're ready to explore how therapy can transform your relationships and life, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can embark on a journey of healing and discovery.
