Introduction

Struggling with feelings that you're "wrong" or perhaps "broken?" Do you feel tied down to the impossible standards we're "supposed to" meet? I'm passionate about helping my clients identify their own paths, binding themselves to their dreams, values, identity, and community and unbinding them from the shame, guilt, and isolation society has kept them bound to. My office is free of judgment and is a safe place to explore and work through things you've been taught to be ashamed of. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating EMDR along with other techniques, individualized to YOUR unique needs. Being human at times feels impossible. We can make it a little less scary by walking together with compassion, courage, and curiosity. I know asking for help is incredibly difficult, and I hope my warm, authentic approach will help you feel safe to unwind the ropes society has bound tightly around you and tie new knots of your own.
