Introduction

Welcome, my name is Amanda and I'm a licensed therapist in Arizona. Sometimes, life can come with its own set of obstacles and it can be difficult to manage leaving us feeling an array of unsettling emotions. I believe that once we are given guidance and learn how to nurture ourselves we can overcome those obstacles. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and that can show up as depression and anxiety and can also manifest as eating disorders and substance abuse among other issues. I also work with individuals who are experiencing transitional life experiences such as loss, divorce, high school to college. I mainly offer individual sessions and groups as well.
