Introduction
I take a systemic approach to therapy, meaning I place value in integrating past and current relationships into the therapeutic conversation. I am a Certified EFT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy) Therapist, which research has consistently shown is the most effective form of couples therapy. I am passionate about helping traditional and non-traditional couples and families in all stages, from premarital couples wanting to build a strong foundation, to couples struggling to connect, to those on the verge of divorce, to the unique struggles of blended families. I am kink-friendly and open minded. I also specialize in using EFT with individuals (EFIT) and families (EFFT). In particulate, I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and those struggling to feel connected in their relationships. I also became a Family Law Mediator to pursue my passion of helping families and couples. I specialize in supporting the conversations of those in conflict around family issues... such as helping create a parenting plan, distribution of assets and debts, post-divorces issues that may arise, etc.
