Many of our clients suffer from problems of emotional dysregulation (borderline personality, PTSD, depression, anxiety & bipolar) most effectively addressed by a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program. DBT helps you to create a life worth living. We offer a comprehensive DBT program which includes individual DBT sessions, weekly DBT skills groups, phone coaching between sessions, and our therapists all attend a weekly DBT consultation team meeting.
