Introduction

Choosing therapy is choosing personal healing. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 109785) in California (pronouns: she/her/hers). I have been working in mental health since 2010. I started my journey in community mental health, focusing on wellness and building life skills, and most recently with young adults learning to navigate college life. It can feel scary to talk to a stranger about our problems and the vulnerable emotions that sit beneath the surface. I understand how hard it is to take that first step to get help, just know you do not need to suffer alone. Therapy is an investment that can increase our personal growth, improve management of stress, and support emotional stability. I work with those struggling with depression, stress, difficult life transitions, anxiety, and relationship distress. I strive to provide a friendly, safe space to express what you are going through, and together work toward your goals. I exhibit genuine warmth, compassion, and cultural humility. Doing my best to understand and value differences. Therapy is a wonderful way to get support and guidance to work toward growth, address and manage life stress or work on personal healing. Current availability for sessions occur on Sunday, and Tuesday evenings through telehealth video sessions. Accepting the following insurance plans: AETNA, OXFORD, UNITED HEALTHCARE, and, OSCAR HEALTH. Please reach out with any questions. I wish you the best on your journey!
