Hello! I'm Amanda. My goal, both in and out of the office, is making sure others feel seen, valued, and heard. I am happy to provide support to children, adolescents, and adults and am so grateful that this is my career. I studied Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine before earning my Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I specialized my studies in working with Children, Youth, and Families and also earned my Pupil Personnel Services Credential to work directly with students in the school environment. I spent time working in a public charter high school before making the transition to private practice. I am delighted to work with families and individuals on a more personal, individualized level. I fully believe in meeting people where they are at. My approach is based upon your needs at any given time. I specialize in working with stress and anxiety, perfectionism, grief and loss, and depression. I also have extensive experience working through peer relationships, emotional regulation, and parent-child work.
