We will identify patterns of behavior and uncover underlying belief systems. I will provide an understanding of addiction and dysfunctional relationships, including childhood trauma, narcissism, and codependency. We will target anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. We will explore difficult relationship dynamics with yourself and others in order to provide the insight needed in addressing unhealthy patterns keeping you stuck.
