Amanda Miller has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has completed an additional 21 hours post graduate concentrated substance abuse and community counseling and has began working on her Doctoral Degree at Mississippi College. She has been working with families and clients in substance abuse since 2009. Prior to working as an administrator with substance abuse recovery centers, she worked with the 4th Judicial District Juvenile Court as a service provider for Families in Need of Services, Liberty Psychiatric Hospital for Youth, and with Allegiance Health Management. She now works as an independent consultant with facilities in the Southeast Region of the United States, specializing in CARF Standards, State Regulations and SAPT/CMS billing. Ms. Power has conducted parenting classes, anger management classes, trainings, workshops for statewide conferences, family interventions, and business consultations for 9 years. In addition to being a licensed LPC-Supervisor in the State of Louisiana, she has held a certificate as a national certification as a National Certified Counselor and was a NPI trainer. ServeSafe License is active.
