Introduction

Hello! My main priority with clients is to create a safe space that is free from judgment or criticism. I help clients explore their emotions, life events and goals in a supportive and collaborative environment. I strive to empower my clients to take an active role in their treatment. I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, chronic conditions, infertility, postpartum or other women's issues. I use a CBT focused approach. I enjoy sharing and educating clients on resources and tools to help best support them.
