I have been a therapist for 17 years and love helping people make connections between their physical behaviors and thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I enjoy working with clients to achieve mutual goals and help make connections between themes of issues to help identify how best to solve problems. I am running coach who can make run plans for clients to help them meet their physical goals while addressing social and mental health needs. Mental health coaching is integrated into run plans to help you achieve your best version of yourself. I am also pursuing my Ph.D., researching how loneliness impacts whole-person health. I believe that by being more connected to others and ourselves, we can feel happier and healthier.
