I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Psychology from Buena Vista University. I went on to get my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I’m currently a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). I was a stay-at-home mom from 2018 to 2022, until I opened my private practice. Prior to that, I practiced psychotherapy for five years. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, specifically Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, in order to meet each individual’s needs and full potential. I have a range of experience treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, trauma, grief, domestic abuse, anger, personality disorders, dissociation, eating disorders, body image issues, substance use/addiction issues, criminal thinking/behaviors,, and general life challenges. I also provide therapeutic services to couples and families.
