Hi, I'm Amanda Maul, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) who helps individuals of all ages overcome anxiety, OCD, and deep-rooted patterns of self-criticism and shame. I have received specialized training in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder through the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard therapy for OCD, as a core part of my practice. Many of the people I work with struggle with persistent worry, intrusive thoughts, or exhausting rituals. They often feel overwhelmed by uncertainty or stuck in cycles they can't seem to break. My goal is to create a space where you feel both challenged and supported. Together, we can build new responses to fear, discomfort, and self-doubt. Alongside ERP, I integrate mindfulness, compassion-based work, and evidenced-based strategies to help you connect with your values and feel more grounded in who you are.
