Introduction

Dr. Mason provides Couples Therapy using the Gottman Method. Clients benefit via a lens incorporative of Attachment Styles/Theory; Mindfulness & Somatics; the Neurobiology of Attachment; Internal Family Systems (IFC); Deconstructing Anxiety; and non-Violent Communication. Clients using Reproductive Therapies for Family-Building (for Intended Parents) may receive required counseling with Dr. Mason, who is an active member of ASRM. LGBTQQ always welcome. And please inquire about our Adventure Therapy and Marathon Couples Therapy. I welcome you to my practice and am excited to get results rolling for you! When I'm not in session, you'll find me surfing, sailing, hiking, or kayaking--and I mean that in the literal and figurative sense...Life is an adventure of body/mind/spirit, and well-lived in the company of loving others.
