Introduction

The difficulties we face throughout our lives are inevitable, but suffering through them alone is our choice. I provide individual, family, and marriage counseling for struggles with: anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, behavior, testing anxiety, and social/interpersonal skills. By helping you reach your fullest potential, you will have the ability to take control of your life and live how you always intended. You will gain skills that allow you to be more conscious of your choices and identify the barriers holding you back. In marriage counseling, I incorporate research-based techniques from the Gottman Institute to help couples: improve their intimacy and friendship, manage conflict in a positive healthy way, and also create shared meaning. By providing couples with effective tools, they are able to build a stronger foundation and become more connected. Know that there is help for the challenges you are currently facing. Learn to strategically work on and overcome any issues to improve your quality of life and instill hope for your future.
