After College I joined the US Army as a Transporter, during my 6 years on Active Duty I completed two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before returning home to the Pacific Northwest. I started working for the Department of Veterans Affairs while I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2012. I have been working with individuals, groups and families as a Clinical Social Worker since 2012. I specialize in Trauma and Moral Injury. Specifically survivors of sexual trauma, military veterans, members of the LGBTQ community and trauma survivors. I am a Certified Trauma Therapist, and also hold Certifications in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy).
