Achieving a sense of balance and control feels nearly impossible with the chaotic demands of daily life. I offer a space for people to pause, explore and critically think about what they are experiencing in their life. Clients I work with express feeling lost, overwhelmed like they are a failure, unsure of who they are, or that they are not equipped to manage it all. I specialize in working with young adults and professionals experiencing issues related to personal growth, high functioning anxiety, imposter syndrome, and chronic illness. I help clients recognize their core beliefs, strengths and build resilience. I teach practical skills that empower clients to discover want they want out of life and give them tools and confidence to overcome challenges in the future. Change can seem impossible but you are not alone in the process. Our work starts wherever you are. Together we will break down your goals into tiny steps that help you construct your version of a meaningful and balanced life.
