In this experience together, we will access the use of empathy, humility, trust, and humor to develop an understanding of who you are and what you wish to achieve. I thoroughly enjoy working with adults experiencing life transitions whether these be relational stressors, vocational aspirations, existential shifts, or the need to develop resiliency following trauma. My professional training allows me to offer comprehensive clinical insights with cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am honored and privileged to have taken part in supporting individuals from various backgrounds move closer to achieving their goals and strengthening their sense of self. I have found that when we give credit to the power of our mind and our ability to influence positive change, all aspects of our wellness benefit.
