Therapy can admittedly be difficult. I want to honor your individual experience and feelings you hold. Sometimes it involves facing our fears and our past with hesitance. Sometimes it involves sitting with new revelations and understanding that can be uncomfortable. However, therapy can also be rewarding and empowering. I enjoy highlighting growth and progress. It’s a privilege for me to hear stories about being able to set boundaries or feeling confident enough to pursue a relationship.
