Introduction

The journey to and through motherhood can be hard. You don't have to do it alone. Making the decision to nurture and give back to yourself is the first step in becoming the person and parent you want to be. I specialize in working with women throughout their pregnancy, postpartum and parenting years. Whether you are adjusting to new motherhood, processing trauma, managing daily stressors and anxiety, setting boundaries in relationships or adjusting to life transitions and the shifting identities of parenthood- I am here to help. I believe the best therapy is built on a trusting therapeutic relationship and personalized based on your individual needs and experiences. I strive to create a safe and empowering space for healing, growth and self-reflection. You deserve to feel seen, heard and valued. I also offer clinical supervision for TLLP and LLPs.
