My name is Amanda and I am passionate about helping you uncover the highest version of yourself, while also holding space for where you are in this moment. I will partner with you to promote self exploration, vulnerability and authenticity and meet you with compassion as your guide toward a new frame of mind. I use an eclectic approach of cognitive and trauma focused modalities, as well as humanistic therapy. I believe in a holistic and strengths based perspective that takes into account who you are as a person in all areas of your life. I look forward to partnering with you in this journey.
