I am an Air Force Veteran, a mother, and a dedicated therapist. I am not stranger to how complex life can be. I have experience in working with those impacted by different types of traumas, MST, grief/bereavement, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, substance use, family conflict, and occupational stressors. My goal is to help clients get "unstuck" by providing a safe space to explore what is holding them back from living the type of life they want to live.
