Introduction

Hi, I’m Amanda! I am a non-binary, queer, CODA (Child Of a Deaf Adult). I help people develop the understanding, courage and resilience to lead boldly authentic lives. I specialize in helping people process their past—trauma, foundational experiences, and internalized beliefs—so they can grow beyond what has happened to them. We all inherit beliefs from family, culture, and society that shape who we think we can be. I work with clients to transform their relationship with these beliefs, choosing what to keep and what to let go. With greater self-awareness comes accountability to ourselves and what sustains us. By embracing both our individuality and our place in the world, we become more resilient to the unexpected, more empathetic to different perspectives, and more compassionate toward the parts of ourselves we’ve neglected. Moving fluidly through our past, present, and future, we risk regret and loss for the chance to experience something greater than who we have become. My approach to therapy is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about helping you uncover and embrace your whole self. Together, we’ll explore the intersections of your identity, values, and experiences, weaving through the past and present to find clarity and alignment. I believe in the power of honesty and the importance of embracing all parts of your journey, even the ones that feel uncomfortable or scary. Whether we’re diving into existential questions, processing trauma, or simply finding ways to be more present in your day-to-day life, my goal is to support you in living a life that reflects the entirety of your awesome self. Let’s walk this path together, creating a space where you can reconnect with your soul and build the life you’ve always wanted.
