Amanda Davis (she/her) is a graduate student at Lindenwood University. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westminster College. She has experience working with children with Autism and behavioral challenges. She brings with her the sensitivity for working with youth and also integrates these skills for her work with adults. Her approach includes Person-Centered therapy, CBT, interpersonal therapy, and narrative therapy. She works with her clients to create a safe and warm environment where the clients feel comfortable and relaxed. She also aims to help clients discover and develop healthy coping mechanisms that they can use. After graduation, her goal is to become a grief counselor and help people process the complexities of their grief.
