If little things feel like big things, making it hard to maintain a sense of well being in relationship with others, at work, or with yourself, then I can help. Opening my private practice in 2019 was a culmination of 20 years of work in a variety of community and medical settings practicing social work. I learned the most important lesson which was that people are the experts in their own lives. I use that as a guide to helping find resolution for the challenges that my clients face and seek help with. This client led approach helps to ensure that you get what you need - often a significant thing that many people find they have not always been able to experience. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health issues and attachment related trauma. I am available for a 15min consultation to ensure a compatible and logistical fit. I can be reached by email or text to schedule a phone call.
